Delivery

- Delivery Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination and order value.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Delivery Delays: In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you promptly. If we are unable to deliver within 15 days, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Items marked as final sale, customized, or underwear are not eligible for return.

- Once approved, we will arrange a courier pickup or provide drop-off instructions.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued in the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
- If the item is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, as per UAE Consumer Protection Law.
Exchanges
- We offer size or item exchanges subject to availability.
- To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and specify the desired replacement.
